Homeowners Association
Q. Does Stone Lakes have an active Homeowners Association?
A. Yes.  The Board of Directors consists of three residents.  The day to day onsite management is managed by Paragon Management Group Phone (502) 451-0485

Assessments 
Q. How much is the assessment and when is it due?
A. Contact Paragon Management Group for current rate. 

Q. Is the assessment fee mandatory?
A. It is a mandatory fee included in the Stone Lakes Deed of Restrictions, Article IV, Section 4, used to fund services for the community.

Q. What does the assessment fee cover?
A. This fee covers garbage pickup, the maintenance of the entrance and other open space areas including landscaping and irrigation, landscape lighting, street lights, and lake maintenance.

Animals
Q. Are dogs/cats required to be on a leash in Stone Lakes?
A. There is a Metro Leash Ordinance which states pets must be on a leash.

Q. What can I do about a barking dog?
A. It is best for you to talk with your neighbor about the barking dog, or you can contact Animal Control Services at 502-363-6609

Block Watch
Q. Is there an active block watch program within the Stone Lakes community?
A. Yes, there is a Block Watch program within the community.

Q. If I see criminal activity taking place, whom do I call?
A. Call 911.

Q. Is Stone Lakes a deed-restricted community?
A. Yes.

Q. Where can I find a copy of the restrictions?
A. You can access copies of the Stone Lakes Deeds of Restrictions under “Documents” at the top of the homepage of this website or www.stonelakeshomeowners.com.

Q. What is the poison control telephone number?
A. The Poison Control Center number is 502-589-8222.

Q. Where is the nearest hospital?
A. Norton Brownsboro, Norton Children's, Jewish Northeast, Norton Suburban, Baptist East and Jewish Medical Center East Contact Baptist East’s general information at 502-897-8100 or Norton’s general information 502-629-8050. The number for Jewish East is 502-259-6000.

Q. Who do I call if I smell gas?

Q. Who do I call about a power outage?

Q. I have a friend who is interested in building a home at Stone Lakes, whom do they call?

Irrigation – Islands & Medians
Q. Who do I contact when I notice an irrigation head malfunctioning on one of the islands or medians?

Q. Who do I contact when I notice a street light out?

Mailboxes/Street Signs
Q. Are there restrictions regarding mailboxes?
A. There are restrictions regarding the type of mailbox that can be installed throughout Stone Lakes.

Q. Who is responsible for purchasing the mailbox?
A. Homeowners are responsible for purchasing their mailboxes.

Q. Where do I purchase a mailbox? 
A. The Duggins Company is one provider. Contact at (502) 966-5774. 

Q. Who do I contact when I notice a street sign pointing in the wrong direction?
A. Call the HOA Property Manager, Paragon Management Group at (502) 451-0485.

Snow Removal 
Q. Who is responsible for snow removal?
A. During snow/ice events, the homeowners association, under management of Paragon Management Group (502) 451-0485, will utilize the best method of treatment for the event.

Trash, Recycling and Yard Waste
Q. Does Stone Lakes have a waste management company under contract?
A. Contact Paragon Management Group for information. 

Q. When should I bring in my trash carts and bins?
A. Trash Cans should be brought in the same day as the service is provided in accordance with the guidelines established in the Stone Lakes Deed of Restrictions, Article 1, Section 11.

Trees
Q. Who maintains the trees between the sidewalk and street in front of my property?
A. This is the responsibility of the homeowner/resident.
